A story to hold.
A voice to hear.

Choose the stories and photographs that belong together. Make a book you can read, download, print yourself, or have professionally bound and delivered.

Build a book from your family collection.

The collection owner can choose recorded stories, arrange chapters, add a title and dedication, and include selected Seed photographs and captions. Around ten stories is a useful starting suggestion, not a requirement.

Review the story text and every page of the preview. Book edits affect the draft; they do not alter the original recordings or transcripts. You decide which memories belong in each edition.

Read the chapter. Hear their voice.

Add an optional QR code directly to a story’s chapter. Scan it with a phone to play the original audio or video—the expressions, laughter, and familiar voice behind the words.

Chapter playback codes are included in your PDF whether you print it yourself or order a bound book through Imprint. They are not limited to ornaments or gift tags.

Family sign-in is required by default: the reader needs approved collection access. Allowing anyone with a code to play that single recording is a separate permission choice. A code never grants membership to the collection.

Playback needs internet access, an available recording and code, and Project Imprint to remain available. Test a printed QR code before gifting a book. You can disable a code later, but downloaded media and printed pages cannot be recalled.

A place for the things that need no transcript.

Add selected Moments as an optional appendix: photographs, a singing performance, or a short video clip with a date and description. Include QR playback for chosen audio and video Moments without needing a transcript.

Selected images and captions go into the book. Original audio and video stay in Imprint rather than being sent to the printer.

Download free. Print your way.

Create and preview a storybook, then download a PDF for free. Print at home or take the files to a printer of your choice. There is no required book purchase or subscription.

For professional printing through Imprint, prepare and review the interior and cover proof. Paperback and hardcover are available, with a 6 × 9-inch interior and a gloss cover. The hardcover is a printed casewrap, with the artwork around the boards; it has no dust jacket or foil stamping.

Lulu currently requires at least 32 interior pages for paperback or 24 for hardcover. A shorter book can still have a preview and proof; the screen explains why ordering is unavailable.

A finished book, delivered.

If you choose to order, approve the exact print files for validation and printing with Lulu. Select a United States delivery address, quantity, and shipping option, then review your quoted total before paying through PayPal.

Printing, fulfillment, delivery, Lulu-reported tax, and Imprint’s service fee are included in the quote. A quote expires, so the total is checked before payment. No order is placed simply by creating a draft.

Payment goes to Imprint, which places the approved order and pays Lulu separately. Original recordings are not sent for printing. See a clearly dated example price and what affects your total.

Review spelling, photographs, layout, and QR playback before approving. Printer file checks do not check the accuracy of your family’s stories.

A few more questions.

Can I make a book without buying one?

Yes. Download your book as a PDF for free, then keep it digitally or arrange your own printing.

Are QR codes in the actual chapters?

Yes. You choose the chapters that get a playback code. Selected audio and video Moments can also have codes in the appendix.

Can I choose hardcover?

Yes. Choose paperback or printed-casewrap hardcover before preparing its print proof. Each binding has its own page minimum, cover file, and quoted price.
