PAID_REVIEW_REQUIRED, CAPTURE_UNKNOWN and REFUND_REVIEW need attention. Check the matching PayPal payment and Lulu job before taking action. A submitted order may still await Lulu card payment. Never ask a customer to pay again until the first payment’s outcome is resolved.

Refunds and cancellations are handled in the provider portals in this version. Cancel an eligible Lulu job and review its status before refunding through PayPal. Printing may already have started.
